WE ARE EXCITED TO SHARE WITH YOU THE BANDS & MUSICIANS FOR OUR 2025 FESTIVAL:
Katie Jane Band The Katie Jane Band is all about spreading the joy of Celtic music to their listeners. The talented group has a fiery energy that is only rivaled by their unmistakable on-stage chemistry. Not only do these talented musicians perform original arrangements of high-speed Celtic fiddle tunes and heart-warming original songs, but their dynamic performance gets toes tapping and dancers dancing in every venue they attend. Katie Jane is exploding with pure joy while she plays, and her sweet dulcet voice could melt an ice cap. Alongside her is Adam's multi-instrumental accompaniment whose unique rhythmic melodies blend to create a perfectly balanced musical counterpart. The Katie Jane Band brings to life the Celtic melodies that remind us of home, with a fiery twist that ignites the fires of a deepened love for fiddle music. Syzygy brings together two local musicians, Sandra Peevers and Michael Long. Sandra, originally from New York, is a lifelong guitar player, recently adding mandolin and ukulele. She has played concerts and dances taught lessons through the years and and currently teaches privately and for Cascade School of Music, MusicFlow, and Sisters Folk Festival Presents. Hailing from Asheville, North Carolina, Michael Long grew up immersed in a rich musical landscape that shaped him into a multi-instrumentalist. While he has studied and performed in a variety of musical styles, Irish Traditional Music has truly captured his heart. Michael plays uilleann pipes, concertina, whistles, bodhrán, and occasionally sings.
Cascade Highlanders Pipe Band:
The Cascade Highlanders is a traditional Pipe Band that performs throughout the Central Oregon area. Based in Bend Oregon, the Highlanders are comprised of Pipers and Drummers dedicated to Pipe Band music, which includes the Great Highland Bagpipes, Snare, Tenor and Bass Drum. They perform for private functions, festivals, holidays, memorials, and parades. Many of their own members learned to play the pipes or drums through the lessons they offer to prospective members. The band's goal is to introduce, educate and entertain audiences through their performances.

Founded in 1952, they are one of the oldest Pipe Bands in the Pacific Northwest. They are a very popular part of the festivals, and play all over the region at various types of ceremonies, events, weddings & wakes, memorial services, parties and even parades. You may see them at events as a full band, or sometimes a single piper. If you would like to read more about them, you can visit their Facebook page HERE.
